Background:
The Jerusalem Park is a natural area of broad-range expanses around Jerusalem that send “green fingers” to the urban landscape located near the residents of the area. These were planned and developed with the aim of creating a recreational area for the enjoyment of the city’s residents and visitors and to preserve the natural environment. The park covers 3700 acres and includes a 43 km circular bike path.
The Challenge:
To acquaint the visitor with the park and give him a perfect experience by
allowing him to enjoy the natural, open spaces through easy navigation, enrichment and learning.
Our Solution:
Working within a multi-step system that includes:
Design and layout of signs together with the architectural design,
graphic design and overall brand development, illustration and the creation of an iconic language that will facilitate understanding and assist in providing better orientation of the area, detailed planning, creation of specifications, and the creation of a complex signage system that includes various types of signs such as: Directional signs, way-finding signs, warning signs, compliance and traffic signs.
