The Business Promotion department was established in the second half of 2009 as part of the municipality’s vision for the city's economic development, while adopting a customer service approach for those seeking the municipality’s services. The division focuses on the development and enhancement of small to medium sized businesses and sees them as an urban growth locomotive.
