Background
The Templer settlement that has served for decades as a base for army units and government offices, was vacated and transformed into an extraordinary architectural and historical gem in the heart of Tel Aviv called Sarona Gardens. Before becoming a cultural and recreational complex, the neighborhood was standing amid an extensive infrastructure construction site.
The Challenge
What are they actually building here?
The residents of Tel Aviv did not fully understand what is going to be built at the Sarona compound, and more importantly, was it worth the service disruptions it was causing in the area?
Our Solution
By means of a uniquely designed fence surrounding the urban landscape (we were the first to design such a fence in all of Israel!) we conveyed the message to the residents that something really good is about to happen here. It will be a unique leisure and recreation experience never before seen in Israel, and in general, that the mess they’re experiencing now will be worth it for them in the long run. The new image that we’ve created has sparked the interest of investors and leisure complex operators. In addition, public criticism of the region's neglected appearance was reduced in anticipation of the promising message of a better future that we created.
