Background:
The N.T.A, responsible for the construction of the light rail in Tel Aviv, had initiated the digging phase of the underground stations of the light rail. This phase required a direct connection between the infrastructure management team and the residents and visitors to the city, as well as an open relationship with the community.
The Challenge:
Branding and the creation of a brand voice for the N.T.A’s communication with the public
This is an infrastructure company whose core operations provide a long-term change in the lives of the city’s residents. The digging process of the underground stations impacts the daily lives of the residents of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and requires that the N.T.A remains in constant contact with the various groups and sectors. Therefore, a friendly, informative style of communication is necessary that can convey the complex messages in a clear and simple way to the general public.
Our Solution:
The creation of an advertising style with various modes of information and publicity that will explain the work process to the public and provide updates of the various stages. This includes branded barricades around the work site, outdoor signs, website design, design of newspaper ads, map design, information pamphlets, postcards and letters, booklets, video presentations for public meetings, design of an intranet portal for company employees, folder design, banner rollups and other informational tools.
