Background:
Jerusalem has many neighborhoods around it. This enormous city, with a population of over 800,000 inhabitants is made up of many districts - none of which are similar to one another. In fact, each district is run like a small city with about 40-60 thousand people.

The Challenge:
So am I from Jerusalem or from Kiryat Menachem?
When a district is run as a subdivision of the city - like a part of a neighborhood and not part of a city, the residents, especially the younger ones, form a certain inner disconnection. Some of the residents are not aware of the various municipalities that they may turn to in their neighborhoods, so they go directly to the city. However, the questions they usually have are too simple, for example: What services does the municipality offer each of the neighborhoods? Which quarter does my neighborhood belong to?

Our Solution:
All the services I need under one roof

The graphic language that was created makes a clear distinction between the various districts and delineates each one of them. The advertising message that drove the BTL materials distributed to the residents, have called them to action – encouraging them to contact the quarter’s officials directly.
