With a variety of activities, the City of David is considered one of the most visited archaeological sites in Israel.

The Challenge:
We’re looking for a fun attraction for both children and adults near the area of the Western Wall. Do you know of such a place?

At a time when tourists were reluctant to tour Jerusalem freely, the City of David had opened its doors to the general public. Not too many people were familiar with the site, and the primary appeal was mainly for tourists looking for some simple fun with a hint of history.

The City of David is positioned as an international tourist site and has an extraordinarily different range of activities that caters to both the Israeli and international tourist. Most of the activities appeal to tourists looking for some added value that’s diversified and different. The advertising message that drove the ATL and BTL materials was that it is possible to find all kinds of activities in the City of David – from historical attractions to fun activities for kids.
