Background:
The N.T.A, responsible for the construction of the light rail in Tel Aviv, began a complex transformation process of improving the public transport infrastructure throughout the Gush Dan region. The long-term process has demanded and still demands direct and open communication between the city’s residents and visitors and the company’s management.
The Challenge:
So many jobs to do, but who’s doing them?
This is an infrastructure company whose core operations provide a long-term change in the lives of the city’s residents. The infrastructure work was expected to go on for a long time and was spread across many regions – a fact that required communication between many populations. It is important for the residents to know who in fact is carrying out the work and what its final outcome will be.
Our Solution:
To create an advertising and informational toolbox that will be able to explain the course of the work to the public and update it at various stages of its implementation. The toolbox contains signage, pamphlets, direct mail, and advertising campaigns through various media channels such as radio, newspapers internet, etc.
